1 x 500ml Boccadoro 'Crystal' Premium Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2023/24 Harvest).

Harvested during November then left in stainless steel containers to ‘rack’ for 6 to 12 months so any sediment falls to the bottom of the tank and only the olive oil is bottled. Boccadoro Crystal has a fresh, grassy aroma with a clean, crisp flavour and a delightful peppery kick. And of course a crystal clear appearance. An extra virgin olive oil that just oozes quality and elevates the flavours of simple ingredients to the next level.

1 x 500ml Boccadoro 'Early Harvest' Premium Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2024/25 Harvest).

Harvested during October when the olives are yet to reach maturity and the healthy polyphenol and vitamin levels are at their peak. Bottled immediately after cold-pressing without any filtration or other processes. Boccadoro Early Harvest is a traditional, cloudy extra virgin olive oil with a fresh fruity aroma, buttery texture, well-balanced bitter flavours and a peppery kick. The oil’s intense green colour gradually becomes more yellow over time.

Boccadoro literally translates from Italian as 'mouth of gold', and also refers to the area of southern Italy in which this superior category olive oil is produced.

Picked by hand from Puglia's ancient olive trees, and cold-pressed within hours of the harvest ensures an olive oil of the highest standard. Fruity and peppery, it has a wide variety of uses, but is ideal for vegetables, salads, pasta and shallow frying.

The main variety of olive used in Boccadoro is Ogliarola, but we also add small amounts of a select few other local varieties such as Coratina, Frantoio, Cellina di Nardo and Picholine, each bringing their own characteristics to the oil.

No pesticides or other chemicals are used in the production of the oil, and nothing is added or taken out - Boccadoro is pure unfiltered Puglian gold.
